David Levine

David attended the University of Florida where he graduated with honors with an undergraduate degree in finance. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated in the top 5% of his graduating class. In 1988, he became licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and has been in good standing for more than 30 years. After graduating Law School he was employed at the world renowned law firm of Shea & Gould where he started their sports representation practice. In 1988, he became a Certified NFLPA Agent (1988-2017) and in 1989 he started his own sports representation firm. In 2007 he founded Pro Athlete Consulting, Inc. which represents retired NFL players in disability claims through their pension plan. In 2009, he passed the California bar exam and became licensed to practice law in the State of California. Lastly, he started representing retired professional athletes in California workers compensation claims. To date, the firm has represented close to 3,000 players in California workers compensation claims. He is currently the owner of Pro Athlete Law Group, P.C.
